You cannot change others and how they think, but you certainly can change your behavior and thinking to elicit different responses from others. Let’s begin the process of recovery by showing up as individuals who can affect the way people act by changing our own thinking and behavior! Together we can help you develop your strengths to go through changes in life in a better way. I can also help you develop your communication skills as well as manage conflicts in a more effective way. My CDC training has provided me with tools to be able to help support you when you are going through changes or transitions in life.

Divorce and breakups can be looked at as a transition. Change starts from within you.

Divorce is a traumatic event and it is difficult for even the strongest person. You shouldn’t have to face this challenge alone. I specialize in working with young adults who are feeling lost or broken because of their parents’ divorce and I help them find their path in order to feel whole and in control of their life. I like to help my clients identify their strengths and use them as a guide to navigate their way from where they are to where they want to be You. Everyone is unique, resourceful and whole! You have the choice to make decisions that will serve you and your family in this process. I want to help support you by providing you with a safe space where you can explore your options and make better decisions. By focusing on your strengths, I will help you increase your options and take action, based on what you feel is right for you. The choice is yours; you can let divorce limit you, define you, destroy you or strengthen you. As your thinking partner, I would like to help you stay focused and stay strong in this process.
